Store Refund Policy
Physical Items -We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with any physical item, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving it. We are here to help resolve any issues.
For Damaged Items:
If your item arrives damaged and you purchased package protection, we will gladly replace the damaged item(s) at no cost to you. To proceed, please provide written notice within 7 days of receiving your item, along with the following photos as required by UPS/USPS:

A photo of the damaged item inside the box, showing how it arrived

A photo of the packaging material

A photo of the damaged item outside of the box

A close-up of the label with the tracking number

A photo of the top and two sides of the item

A photo of the bottom and opposite sides of the item
You will be required to mail back the damaged product to our warehouse prior to receiving a replacement.
If package protection was not purchased, unfortunately, we cannot process a replacement or refund.
For All Other Physical Items:
If you're unhappy with an item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. You may return the item at your expense. We recommend purchasing tracking for the return package to ensure its safe arrival. We cannot process refunds or replacements for return packages lost in transit. Once we receive the item, we will issue a refund for the product cost.
Unfortunately, at this time, we cannot offer exchanges. If you wish to return your item for something else, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the new item.
Digital Products:
Please note that all digital products are non-refundable. However, if you encounter any issues with your order, please don’t hesitate to email us at info@southernadoornmentsdecor.com, and we will assist you promptly.
Lost Packages:
We understand how frustrating it can be if your package is lost. However, we are unable to offer a refund or replacement until at least 15 business days have passed since the last tracking update. This applies to all carriers. If you believe your package is lost, please email us at info@southernadoornmentsdecor.com, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
Membership Cancellation/Refund Policy
We value our members and want to ensure you have a smooth experience with us. If you decide to cancel your membership, please reach out to our Customer Service team by emailing info@southernadoornmentsdecor.com. We will do our best to assist you promptly.
Monthly Membership Policies
Painter’s Clubhouse Monthly Memberships - We do not offer refunds on monthly membership payments. To cancel your membership, please notify Customer Service at least 5 business days before your next payment is due to ensure we can process the cancellation in time.
If you cancel after your monthly payment has been processed, you will retain access to all the benefits until the end of the current billing cycle. Please note, any bonus or granted materials tied to your membership will also be revoked upon cancellation.
Template Club Monthly Memberships - Refunds are not available for monthly membership payments. To cancel your membership, please send an email to Customer Service at least 5 business days before your next payment date. This will allow us to ensure your cancellation is processed before your payment is drafted.
Big Box of Blanks Quarterly Memberships - We do not offer refunds on quarterly membership payments. To cancel, please notify Customer Service at least 5 business days before your next payment is due. If you cancel after your quarterly payment is processed, your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will receive the current quarter's subscription box.
Annual Membership Policies
Painter’s Clubhouse Yearly Memberships - If you cancel before your yearly membership ends, you will retain access to all the benefits until the end of the paid term.
Refunds for yearly memberships are available if requested within 5 business days of payment processing. After this period, we will issue a prorated refund based on the remaining months of your membership.
Template Club Yearly Memberships - If you cancel before the end of your yearly membership, you will continue to receive all monthly Template Club bundles for the remainder of the billing cycle. Please note, refunds are not offered for canceled yearly memberships.
Big Box of Blanks Yearly Memberships - We do not offer refunds on yearly membership payments. To cancel, please notify Customer Service at least 5 business days before your next payment date to ensure we can process the cancellation on time. If you cancel after your yearly payment has been processed, your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will continue to receive all subscription boxes for the year.
Seasonal challenges and workshops
All seasonal challenges and workshops are non-refundable.
Live Events
While we understand that plans can change: Live event tickets (both virtual and in-person) are non-refundable.
However, you can sell your ticket to someone else and have it transferred to them. We are unable to facilitate or assist you in finding someone to purchase your ticket.
You’re welcome to share that you’re selling your ticket on one of our designated ticket selling post threads in the given event’s Facebook group.
Once you've arranged for a fellow SAD friend to take your place: Simply reach out to our team, and we'll be happy to help transfer the ticket to them.
WhatNot Sales Information
Order Changes & Cancellations:
All orders placed during a WhatNot sale are considered final once the live event ends. At that point, we’re unable to make changes or cancellations. Thanks for understanding!
Returns & Refunds:
We want you to love what you ordered! If something’s not quite right, please reach out within 7 days of receiving your item. You’re welcome to return it at your own shipping expense. Once we receive the item back in good condition, we’ll issue a refund for the product cost, minus a $25 handling fee per order.
